Beith Dekel holds responsible for a high service level. We see ourself as partners of our customers and are willing to give solutions and support activities wherever its needed. Our goal is to maintain high standards of service, availability, responsiveness, and personal communication to provide each customer with a complete solution. Our technicians are trained at the manufacturer's sites and keep communication with theirs apply tech and service departments directly. We provide IQ/OQ documentation wherever applicable and grant warranty according to our vendor's policy.
