Alkaline detergent, neodisher®Alka 300
Mild alkaline liquid cleaning agent for use in special washing machines.
neodisher® Alka 300 is mildly alkaline and removes blood, protein residues and organic residues.
Instrument steel, chrome nickel steel, chromium-plated and nickel-plated materials, pure aluminium, aluminium-magnesium alloys and ordinary plastics are not affected. Suitability tests should be carried out before use in the case of special instruments, e.g. optical instruments or anaesthetic and respiration materials, as well as anodised aluminium.
neodisher® Alka 300 can be used with any level of water hardness, but should generally be used with softened water for reasons of economy.

Alkaline Universal Cleaner suitable for the thorough ultrasonic cleaning of medical and dental instruments and laboratory equipment made of glass, steel, plastics, ceramics. Cleans also crowns, stainless-steel dental impression trays. Removes blood, saliva, protein- and bone residuals, fats, oils, grinding and polishing pastes.
Not suitable for aluminum, zinc or light metal alloys and for plastics that are susceptible for stress cracking (e.g. ABS or PC).
Application concentration: 5 % in water at 50 ... 80° C

Density: 1.05 g/ml
pH (concentrate): 12 ... 12.5
Ingredients: <5% non-ionic surfactants, <5% phosphates

For laboratory glass devices and instruments, washable surfaces of all types such as floors, walls, bath tubs, sinks, fittings, toilets, cabinets, doors, etc. For use in all areas with a risk of infection, such as hospitals, doctors' practices, the pharmaceutical and food processing industry. Also suitable for senior citizen and nursing homes, schools, kindergartens and large kitchens. The formulation has been tested pursuant to the DGHM VII and DVG (food) directives for surface disinfection and found to be effective in the specified working concentrations. Excellent results in case of high protein load.
-Cleans and disinfects in a single working operation
-Bactericide, fungicide, virus inactivating in case of hepatitis B and HIV.
