Capping systems Matrix™ SepraSeal
The Matrix? SepraSeal sealing mats are suitable for securely sealing sample tubes with or without 2D code. For sample access, the caps can be removed with the practical cap removal tool (Cat.-No. 6.254 390, please order seperately) or pierced once. The pre-slit versions are suitable for multiple piercing. The self-sealing function of the pre-slitted elastomer maintains sample integrity.

-Individual closure or closure of 96 sample tubes simultaneously possible

-Low evaporation rate

With the Matrix? DuraSeal sealing mat (Cat.-No. 4.658 312), sample tubes are permanently sealed. The sealing mat is pre-slit for sample access and has a v-shaped design. The special elastomer ensures that the integrity of the sample is maintained. Suitable for sample storage down to -80 °C.

Enhance sample storage at low temperatures, including vapor phase Liquid Nitrogen, with Thermo Scientific? Matrix? barcoded latch racks. Barcoded Latch Racks feature a linear barcode, 2D barcode and human readable rack identification on three sides of the rack for the ultimate in sample tracking. Use in combination with Thermo Scientific 2D barcoded tubes, barcode readers, arrayers and capping equipment. Storage in robot-friendly ANSI-footprint rack. Racks feature linear barcode, human readable ID and 2D barcode for ultimate sample tracking regardless of your barcode system. Rack barcodes are compatible with our range of VisionMate readers. Hinged lid rests in "open" position on rack while conducting manual pipetting to prevent contamination of lid sitting on bench. -ANSI-format latch racks maximize storage space and are compatible with multichannel manual pipettes or automated liquid handling equipment. Latch rack lid can be lifted robotically for tube access with high-throughput automated applications.
