-Temperature sensor open/short cut-off alarm, door open alarm, standby or auto-restart after power failure
-High temperature cut-off and low temperature alarm
-Programming and storage of up to 10 programmes with 99 segments each on the user interface
-Three level access control to avoid non-authorised operation
