This series has a professional Koehler illumination unit with an adjustable field diaphragm, with infinity optical system. A variety of modular systems, such as a swing-out condenser, various eyepieces, objectives, color filters, phase contrast units, a dark field condenser, a simple polarising unit, butterfly tube, through to complete fluorescence units are optionally available. A C-mount adapter is required to connect a camera (optional).

-Tube 30° inclined, 360° rotatable
-Diopter adjustment: both-sided
-Objective quality: Infinity Plan
-Coaxial pre-and fine focussing
-For translucent, thin, low-contrast, challenging samples (e.g. immunofluorescence, FISH, DAPI staining, etc.)
-Centering and height-adjustable 1.25 Abbe condenser with adjustable aperture diaphragm
-Incl. centering objective for fluorescence adjustment
-3 W LED transmitted illumination unit and 5 W LED epi-fluorescence incident illumination unit
-6-position filter wheel with B/G fluorescence filter
