With the Sartoclear Dynamics® Lab V Kits, cell culture broths can be clarified and sterile filtered simultaneously. This simplifies the process of cell harvesting from mammalian cell cultures by eliminating the need for centrifugation after clarification. The PES membrane filter ensures fast filtration rates and low protein binding. Diatomaceous earth serves as a filtration aid. Pore size 0,22 µm.

Kits consist of filtration units Sartolab® RF and diatomaceous earth pouches.

Sterility testing system Sterisart® NF
The closed Sterisart® NF system was specially developed for sterility testing by membrane filtration of pharmaceutical products for single use. For this purpose, the sample is transferred to the filtration container with the help of a pump. After rinsing, the filtration container is filled with a culture medium and then incubated.
