Now available in three pore sizes: The best filter units with 0.20µm and 0.45µm pore size and new to the protection of valuable cell cultures from mycoplasma with 0.10µm pore size. Filter top and filtrate bottle are graduated. Blue color-coded collar with cellulosic vent plug side arm and quick-disconnect tubing adapter. Leakproof, sterile screw closure included for storage of sterile filtrate. Sterile, single packed. Certificate of Quality included in each full case. Pyrogen-free. Non cytotoxic. Low-pressure filtration can be carried out directly into a suitable sterile bottle. Caution: Only use sterile bottles authorised for use in low pressure applications. Always wear protective equipment for low pressure procedures. The membrane is characterised by its low protein binding, good throughput rates and minimal clogging with negligible protein loss. Permanent, moulded graduations. Quick-disconnection tubing adaptor with cellulosic vent plug for tubing with an internal diameter of 6mm to 9mm.
